Complete upgrade of all site facilities during 2013 now offers modern camping facilities. Amenities in the locality include the Cavan & Leitrim Railway, Horse riding, Angling, childrens playground and a host of friendly pubs and restaurants. 2km outside Mohill and 9km from Carrick-On-Shannon.
